An elementary teacher with a supposed master's degree from Jersey City in "Urban Administration" (lacking any knowledge or ability in school technology & lacking any high school experience or secondary certifications) was placed in the Lodi High School library to indoctrinate high school students how to vote in elections to benefit the political organization that enriched her and every member of her family.
Nancy's Cardone sister was the superintendent at the time and arranged this.
"M.A. Nepotism Specialist". She couldn't tell you how to turn on a computer, but she could tell you how to vote.
