James O'Keefe Did a Great Job Exposing the Crackpots Running the Livingston Board of Education/School District...

Livingston was in violation of multiple statutes.  All public meetings can be videotaped.  Any person can attend a board of education meeting that does not reside in the town.

The district was discriminating against people based on the way they looked.  They called the police on individuals because they believed they looked "trumpish".

The police officer acted completely inappropriate and should be disciplined.

The superintendent is an overpaid fool.

These woke inclusion/diversity fanatics always turn out to be the most intolerant and bigoted.

July Payroll for the Lodi Board of Education...

Last Month, Doug Petty Received a $5,334 Pay Raise for Not Working an Entire Year…

Doug Petty’s Salary for last School Year: $213,373

Doug Petty’s Salary Effective July 2023: $218,706

Reminder, the Lodi taxpayers paid Doug Petty an entire year NOT to work and then gave him a raise while he is employed under an ILLEGAL CONTRACT:

Lodi By The Numbers: A Copy of Doug Petty's New Contract Signed by Nancy Cardone... (lodioverhaul.blogspot.com)

Lodi By The Numbers: Lodi BOE Gave Failed Superintendent Doug Petty a $27,000 Raise Tonight (Bypassing Required 30 Day Public Notice and Hearing for Replacing an UNEXPIRED Contract).. (lodioverhaul.blogspot.com)

At the direction of Nancy Cardone and Sharon Salvacion, these current Board members voted to replace Petty's unexpired contract illegally by bypassing the required public notices, wait times, and public hearings:

Laura Cima

John Cannizzaro

Jocelyn Anderson

Yadiria Jimenez

These Board members cost Lodi taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars for being lazy, irresponsible, and negligent.  Laura Cima is another Lodi PHD from Seton Hall that wants to be called "Doctor" while doing the dumbest things.

Current Payroll Records Continue to that Show that District Employees with More Years than Frank Quatrone Have all Been Capped at $15,000 for Unused Sick Days. They Have Been Capped at $15,000 Since 2013.

Frank Quatrone walked away with hundreds of thousands of dollars in sick pay when every other district employee had been capped at $15,000 since 2013.  Administrators, teachers, custodians, secretaries, etc.  that worked as many or more years than Frank Quatrone adhered to State law and district policies when Frank Quatrone did not.

Frank Quatrone NEVER had a memorialized agreement with the Board of Education at the time the law changed which set aside a specified amount accumulated at that time to be retrieved at time of retirement.

Lodi Board Attorney Matthew Giacobbe advised NOT to pay Frank Quatrone and to force him to go to court.

Interim Business Administrator Robert Brown who was hand-picked and saddled on the district by Frank Quatrone advised NOT to pay Frank Quatrone.

Useless officials in the New Jersey Department of Education were calling me and emailing me information about problems with Quatrone’s payout.  They wanted me to fight the payout as a Board member when they were doing nothing.

In the end, Frank Quatrone received hundreds of thousands of dollars for sick days via the most corrupt process imaginable.

People like Nancy Cardone, Sharon Salvacion, and Donald Scorzetti with the worst conflicts of interest voted to pay Quatrone. Matthew Giacobbe’s firm drew up the secret settlement after advising NOT to pay and billing excessively in the process.

Lodi By The Numbers: You Probably Wouldn’t Know that the Lodi Board of Education Voted Last Night to Pay Frank Quatrone $166,767.69 for Sick Days… (lodioverhaul.blogspot.com)

Lodi By The Numbers: The Giacobbe Firm Listed Multiple Reasons as to Why Frank Quatrone's Petition (illegal sick day payout) Should Have Been Dismissed... (lodioverhaul.blogspot.com)

In conclusion, Lodi is run by a bunch of thieves and our State agencies are corrupt and useless.

Former Lodi Police Chief/Borough Manager, Vincent Caruso, Has Been Named as a Defendant in Mulitple Lawsuits Filed by Hackensack Police Officers...

Vincent Caruso was involved in the unfair targeting and harassment of respected Lodi Police Captain Theresa Grillo.

Vincent Caruso also enabled and protected Donald Scorzetti as he abusesd his power and violated policies.

Some Lodi Taxpayer Expenses for the Uncontested May Municipal Election Appear on the July Bills. Nancy Cardone Never Addressed These Taxpayer Expenses When She Rushed to Move Lodi Backwards (BOE Elections from November to April) Just to Suppress Voter Turnout.

The bills above are paid to the County for "Election Workers/Other Exp."  The bills above don’t account for the additional thousands of dollars appearing on payroll going to Borough Employees like Pat Licata:

Lodi By The Numbers: April and May Elections Don't Only Suppress Voter Turnout. They Also Get Pat Licata an Additional $500/Day... (lodioverhaul.blogspot.com)

If Nancy Cardone wants to spend tens of thousands of Lodi tax dollars to suppress voter turnout, she should have disclosed those costs at the time she was ramming through the Resolution.

If Nancy Cardone wants to corrupt school elections to benefit herself and her family financially, she should pay for the additional Election costs and not the Lodi taxpayers.
