Chatham’s Legal Invoices Point to Matthew Giacobbe and Frances Febres Triggering the “Moms for Liberty” Lawsuit. It Is Reported in the News that Chatham Retreated with a Settlement. They Did a Complete Reversal. Poor Legal Representation Cost the Taxpayers a Lot of Money, Time, and Resources. And Division Within the Community.

Now look at Giacobbe’s bill dated June 10^th, a few days before Ciciarrelli’s prepared statement. Frances Febres likely drafted the statement that triggered the lawsuit.

Now look at Giacobbe’s bill dated May 15^th. Matthew Giacobbe was involved in the response along with Frances Febres.

Matthew Giacobbe, the pretend fighter for parental rights in Hanover, is anything but.

Chatham is horrible with OPRA. They violated the law multiple times with my request. With that said, the legal invoices from Chatham aren’t redacted like they were with Lodi. Lodi’s redactions were the worst. (I am not speaking of the current BA. My examples are from the ones before him.)

In 2019, enough Lodi Board of Education members stopped this radical policy attacking parental rights that could have led to countless lawsuits and wasted lots of tax dollars before eventually being removed.

It Was So Nice of Elissa Mizzone Testa’s Mother to Pay Nellie Pou So Much Money to Say Such Nice Words About Her Daughter…

Nellie Pou Was Paid $2,000 at the exact time she was voting for Elissa Mizzone Testa and Offering Her Compliments

Most would wonder how someone like Elissa Mizzone Testa could ever become Superior Court Judge after her poor record as ALJ, her controversies, and her lack of understanding of the law and Constitution. Some would say that she is a “nepo baby” being her family was big in the "Passaic County Republican Organization" and her father was as Superior Court Judge in Passaic County before her.

ELEC records show there is something bigger at play.

Elissa’s mother, Judith, is a prolific campaign contributor to Nellie Pou. Her largest contribution to Nellie Pou is listed March 4, 2024.

The vote in the State Senate to confirm Elissa Testa was March 19, 2024. This is no coincidence.

Testa’s mother also made many campaign contributions to Kristin Corrado but nowhere near what she paid Nellie Pou.

There is nothing “Republican” about having a judge allow the NJEA to write her decisions. There is nothing “Democrat” about having someone pay for her appointment. Testa didn’t earn bipartisanship support. She just shed light on how corrupt both parties are and how bad Trenton operates.

How Can a Hearing Officer Be Impartial When the Business Administrator that Chose Him Was Receiving Payments from the Hearing Officer's Wife?

As Paterson's Business Administrator, Nellie Pou was using Philip Mizzone (Elissa Testa's father) as hearing officer.

You can clearly see below that Nellie Pou was receiving payments from the hearing officer's wife during the those time periods. I am sure none of the employees facing charges were aware at the time. Whether the Paterson employees were guilty or not

(one of Testa's rulings above was overturned), there were clear conflicts with Nellie Pou selecting her big donor's husband.

It's So Sad That This Legislation is So Necessary Because of Elissa Mizzone Testa.

If anyone has time to read school ethics decisions in the last seven years, look at how many complaints attacked the free speech of BOE members throughout New Jersey by invoking "Kwapniewski v Curioni".

How could any news story or legislation on this subject not address the actions of Elissa Mizzone Testa? Her decision was written by an NJEA attorney (Gail Oxfeld). At some point Testa should have to publicly defend what she wrote (really didn't write) because it initiated all this SEC abuse. If Testa can't defend her decision and doesn't know the constitution, she has no business serving as a Superior Court judge (nepo baby) in Passaic County.

AI refers to "Kwapnieski v Curioni" as a landmark case because it has been used so much to harass and silence others:

The Public Should Compare and Contrast Matthew Giacobbe’s Actions in Westfield vs. Matthew Giacobbe’s Actions in Chatham. Could He Have Revealed Himself to Be Any more of a Hypocrite with His Latest OPRA Violation in Chatham?

Matthew Giacobbe directed his paralegal, Jason Jeski, to submit the OPRA request above.

Matthew Giacobbe was caught using public funds ($5,000 Westfield tax dollars and $9,847.50 insurance money) to target and harass residents of Westfield and some Westfield BOE members for speaking out against Antisemitism spewed by a radical Rutgers Law Professor.

Lodi By The Numbers: Matthew Giacobbe Didn't Only Defend and Even Praise a Board Member Spewing Hateful Antisemitism. It is Alleged that Giacobbe Also Helped that "Law Professor" Retaliate Against Other Board Members Using Westfield Tax Dollars.

The request is overly broad. It asks for a year and half of emails. It is a fishing expedition. It was done with malice. Its sole purpose was to intimidate and harass. Matthew Giacobbe is vindictive.

After reading the news reports and having firsthand knowledge of Matthew Giacobbes double dealing on the issue, I submitted the following OPRA request to Chatham on August 30^th:

Please read the letter thoroughly. Look up the cases that they cited to deem my request "invalid". Then go back to the top of this post and read the OPRA request that Matthew Giacobbe submitted in Westfield.

When you are paid with public funds to represent a Board of Education as attorney, you must abide by the law. Matthew Giacobbe has demonstrated that he is incapable. He has violated public trust and lost all credibility. You can’t have double standards or no standards. You wouldn’t violate OPRA if you weren’t doing anything wrong.

Unlike Matthew Giacobbe's OPRA request in Westfield, my OPRA request wasn't done with malice. It wasn't a fishing expedition. It was specific and policy based. Matthew Giacobbe wanted to sneak the most radical transgender policies onto districts and then cash in by opposing those very same policies in court. In Hanover, he portrayed himself as a fighter for parental rights. In Chatham, the opposite. He is the arsonist that wants to get paid to work on his fires. Taxpayers in communities represented by Matthew Giacobbe should be aware of what they are dealing with. Matthew Giacobbe is causing divisions within communities and laughing all the way to the bank.

I have a very hard time understanding why the Lodi taxpayers would be purchasing a Dell PC for a part-time councilperson.

When I was on the BOE, I used my personal computer a lot for board business. I used it for research. I used it for emails. I used it for blog posts. I used it to file ethics complaints. I used it answer ethics complaints that were filed against this blog almost every other week. And when I felt my personal computer was outdated, I went into my personal vehicle, paid for my own gas, drove to Best Buy and bought a new personal computer with my own money for $400. It wasn’t a big deal. Why is the concept of using your own money for your own personal expenses so foreign to Scott Luna?

Scott Luna has a misconception that the taxpayers should pay for their cars, pay for their gas, pay for their food, pay for their personal computers, etc. It’s wrong.

How was the new PC for Scott Luna initiated? Who did he first contact seeking that the town purchase him a new computer? What was the reasoning? Did he contact his sister in Paramus and ask that she have one of the multiple employees hired by Lodi to do her job place the purchase? What else has the town purchased for Scott Luna?

Lodi's Bourgeois Politicians Couldn't Possibly Eat Shoprite or Costco. That's So Beneath Them. They Have Too Much Pride. They Want to Pay 3X More for a Sandwich Platter When the Lodi Taxpayers Pick Up Their Bill.
