A degree verification report shows that Nancy Cardone NEVER received any degree from Montclair State University.  The report shows that Nancy Cardone only attended the school for a few months in 1991 (January to August).

At a public meeting, Nancy Cardone was forced to acknowledge that she never received a degree from Montclair or any degree for Media Specialist. She moved on to claim that she received a Master degree from Jersey City in urban supervision. Nancy Cardone never apologized.

The Revolving Door of Marjorie Breitweiser: Lodi BOE Member Turned Lodi BOE Employee Turned Lodi BOE Member (Post Date: March 14, 2022)

Marjorie Breitweiser used her appointed seat on the Lodi Board of Education in the 90s to secure a Lodi teaching job for herself.  Paula Fiduccia (Nepotism Nancy’s sister and then Superintendent) tried to break the law by hiring Breitweiser immediately upon her exiting the board instead of waiting the required six months.  A whole controversy ensued.  

Marjorie Breitweiser is now retired from her Lodi school position and Nancy Cardone is trying to bring her back to the board so she can be exactly like Nancy Cardone and John Cannizzaro.  All lived off the Lodi taxpayers.  All received their Lodi BOE jobs through Lodi politics.  All are collecting public pensions from their Lodi employment.  All serve themselves, their relatives, and the NJEA.

Why Nancy Cardone wants Marjorie Breitweiser:

She has her daughter-in-law employed in the Lodi schools and is conflicted like Nancy Cardone and Sharon Salvacion.

She was a union hack for years.

She has been a disaster on the Lodi Planning Board (siding with rich, well-connected developers over residents.  Over development over quality of life issues).

She was a co-worker of Nancy Cardone at Lodi High School (Nancy Cardone pretended to be a Media Specialist at Lodi High School during the same time that Marjorie Breitweiser was employed there).

We have our own George Santoses right here in Lodi that lie on resumes and never apologize to the people of Lodi after they are caught lying.

A degree verification report does NOT show any degree from Montclair State University.  The report shows that Nancy Cardone only attended the school for a few months in 1991 (January to August).

Before I continue, I think it is only fair that Mrs. Cardone is given an opportunity to offer an explanation.  Either Mrs. Cardone lied or the university messed up with her records. 

The public deserves an explanation because there are serious questions that must be answered about our education system and public funds.

An elementary teacher with a supposed master's degree from Jersey City in "Urban Administration" (lacking any knowledge or ability in school technology & lacking any high school experience or secondary certifications) was placed in the Lodi High School library to indoctrinate high school students how to vote in elections to benefit the political organization that enriched her and every member of her family.

Nancy's Cardone sister was the superintendent at the time and arranged this. 

"M.A. Nepotism Specialist". She couldn't tell you how to turn on a computer, but she could tell you how to vote.

These serious issues must be addressed:

1)     How can someone hold a public position, in which they were not qualified, for over a decade?  A school system cannot be run in this manner.  Students suffer.  Staff suffers.

2)     Was Mrs. Cardone paid on the BA salary guide or the MA salary guide when she was Lodi High School “Media Specialist”?  If she was paid on the MA salary guide and cannot produce a real MA degree, then that pay must be returned to the Lodi taxpayers.  Otherwise, that would be fraud and theft.  That would also impact the public pension she currently receives.

Lodi’s corrupt political machine created a rigged system where unqualified people snatch jobs away from the most qualified.  Nancy Cardone is running to protect and preserve this rigged system. 

August DeFalco was on the board in the early ’90s engaging in this corruption.  Now he is Nancy Cardone’s campaign manager.  These corrupt, washed up, political hacks from decades past need to find a new source of money to rob.  Lodi is a working class community and can no longer afford to pay the Cardone/DeFalco corruption tax.
