The Lodi Mayor and Council are claiming that Marc Schrieks is the one that doesn’t require the Mayor’s sister to show up to work and is responsible for her big raises.

The Lodi Mayor and Council are claiming that Marc Schrieks is the one that chooses to hire all of Vinny Martin’s children and is responsible for their salary "modifications".

The Lodi Mayor and Council are claiming that Marc Schrieks oversees Marc DelMonaco’s step-son, negotiates his contracts, etc.

Therefore, all three have openly waved their conflicts of interest in the public’s face.  Just like they did with Donald Scorzetti.

Vinny Martin Voted to Raise Your Municipal Taxes 15.64% As He Continues to Receive a Very Special Tax Break Reserved for Lodi Politicians…

Tax records show that Vinny Martin purchased his home in 2006 for $500,000 yet George Reggo gave him a very special low assessment of $321,000. The assessment never changed over the years after many improvements were done to the property.

Zillow currently estimates the value at $674,000:

When Lodi’s Revaluation numbers come out, Vinny Martin’s taxes should increase at a higher amount than other Lodi homeowners.  If not, the process was corrupted like last time when family and friends of Lodi politicians had significant tax reductions without tax appeals being filed.

Instead of Vinny Martin explaining his extremely low assessment, he had an attorney send me a letter a few years ago demanding the information come down.

Vinny Martin should not be voting for 15.64% municipal taxes and lying about it when he has been saving thousands of dollars each year at your expense.

Vincent Martin (Lodi's Deputy Mayor and Controversial Planning Board Member Responsible for Overdevelopment Monstrosities, Developer Funded Campaigns, Excessive Variances in Return for Payment, etc) Was a "50% Owner" and "Managing Member" of "AJ's" When it Was Repeatedly Busted for Prostitution and Illegal Drugs. The State's Division of Alcohol Beverage Control filed to revoke Vinny Martin's license and bar him from holding a license for two years.

Vinny Martin and his partner settled before the hearing. 

How can the State list pages of crimes committed without charging the owner? 

How can the State not allow Vinny Martin to continue running his business but still allow him to run Lodi?

Vinny Martin Had Lodi's Former Public Defender, Debbie Klugler Irwin (a Vinny Martin Appointee that Was Paid With Lodi Tax Dollars), Send Me a Cease and Desist Letter Today...

If Vinny Martin and Debbie Klugler Irwin have an issue with any posts, I suggest they take it up with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (that posts Vinny Martin's campaign contributions to Mark DelMonaco and others) and the State Division of Alcohol Beverage Control (that lists it's actions against Vinny Martin for prostitution and illegal drug sales that occurred at Martin's business).

I don't post people's home addresses and none are searchable on this blog. I would ask that Debra Klugler Irwin provide me evidence that she has sent cease and desist letters to ELEC, the ABC, and the town of Secaucus to show that she has a problem with them posting Vinny Martin's home address on State websites, court filings, public notices, and government OPRA responses. Otherwise, she is unfairly targeting me for the purpose to intimidate and harass.

Vinny Martin is the Deputy Mayor of Lodi. He is a public official with many high profile scandals. He lists his home address on every petition form in which he asks over 100 people to sign. 

Government watchdogs have the first amendment right to scrutinize corruption in local government. These out of context cease and desist letters are an attempt to silence speech.

Legal bills skyrocket whenever Matthew Giacobbe attains a public contract.  And the quality of services decline.  He overbills and double bills so the $180/hr number is meaningless.  He has too many attorneys billing at the same time for the same issue and producing nothing in return.  He is less transparent with his bills compared to any other firm.  I doubt any public body would retain Giacobbe if its members weren't receiving campaign contributions or other payments from his politician run firm.

Tony Luna’s $72,511.92 retirement payout was never approved by Resolution.

The Mayor and Council never passed a Resolution approving Tony Luna's $72,511.92 payout for supposed unused sick and vacation days.

 

The only attendance sheets provided are from 2015.  There is no explanation or justification for where the 127 days came from. 

The only signature on any of the sheets is from Tony Luna himself.  He lists himself as his own supervisor.

Current Payroll Records Continue to that Show that District Employees with More Years than Frank Quatrone Have all Been Capped at $15,000 for Unused Sick Days. They Have Been Capped at $15,000 Since 2013.

Frank Quatrone walked away with hundreds of thousands of dollars in sick pay when every other district employee had been capped at $15,000 since 2013.  Administrators, teachers, custodians, secretaries, etc.  that worked as many or more years than Frank Quatrone adhered to State law and district policies when Frank Quatrone did not. 

Frank Quatrone NEVER had a memorialized agreement with the Board of Education at the time the law changed which specified an amount accumulated to be retrieved at retirement.

Lodi Board Attorney Matthew Giacobbe advised NOT to pay Frank Quatrone and to force him to go to court.

Interim Business Administrator Robert Brown who was hand-picked and saddled on the district by Frank Quatrone advised NOT to pay Frank Quatrone.

Useless officials in the New Jersey Department of Education were calling me and emailing me information about problems with Quatrone’s payout.  They wanted me to fight the payout as a Board member when they were doing nothing.

In the end, Frank Quatrone received hundreds of thousands of dollars for sick days via the most corrupt process imaginable.

People like Nancy Cardone, Sharon Salvacion, and Donald Scorzetti with the worst conflicts of interest voted to pay Quatrone. Matthew Giacobbe’s firm drew up the secret settlement after advising NOT to pay and billing excessively in the process.
