Nancy Cardone just gave Dennis Frohnapfel a new contract a few weeks ago. Now he is gone. Why? Something triggered it. What was her last conversation with him? No 60 day notice? No job postings for a replacement?

It is being reported that the Lodi Board of Education's next Business Administrator is Nicholas Cipriano (Nancy Cardone's last Business Administrator is suddenly gone after receiving a new contract just a few weeks ago).

The Lodi Mayor and Council never explained its major flip-flop on Marijuana businesses in Lodi. It was just 2019 when they were bragging anout passing an ordinance to keep Marijuana businesses out of Lodi:

I hope the mayor and council attend the grand opening and post pictures of themselves taking part in the joint rolling sessions. That is very positive for a community.
Doug Petty received a $27,000 raise this year. Mike Cardone received a $17,236 raise this year. Dennis Frohnapfel, an interim, is paid more than real business administrators that actually fulfill the duties of the position. They can pay for their own meals.
Is Nancy Cardone shoving her face at these "Administrative Luncheons" and then approving the bills? Who actually has been eating Mucci's (and others) throughout this school year and then making the Lodi taxpayers pay?
Doug Petty does lots of favors for Teacher Union President Francine Santos. Can't she have the NJEA pay for Petty's meals and for the meals of the other administrators? The NJEA bribes everyone else. The Giacobbe attorneys are really raking it in from this board of education. Maybe they can pay for the meals. They like to pay-to-play.
Lodi isn't an affluent town. Lodi residents are struggling to pay their grocery bills. Lodi taxpayers should not be paying for the affluent, greedy politicians/administrators.

Recently, many people have told me that my blog no longer appears on search returns for Bing, DuckDuckGo, etc. I was aware of this. The censorship began last Winter after I posted many stories critical of the COVID vaccines (specifically links to Emerald Robinson). The search engines reported that they barred blogs that provided "vaccine misinformation". The posts turned out to be true.
For years, this blog was a top search return for anything "Lodi" on Bing, DuckDuckGo, etc.
This blog still shows on Google search returns.
At this point, most viewers have a link to the blog and don't need search engines that censor truth and manipulate search returns.

I was fighting illegal sick day payouts in Lodi for years. I was fighting alone. The State is useless. They issue reports like this to pretend like they are doing something. They do nothing. They are all talk, no action. They ask for tips, acknowledge people are violating the law, and then they do nothing.
Lodi politicians/employees illegally took millions from Lodi in sick day payouts just in the last few years. They got away with it. The State did nothing. Lodi taxpayers got screwed.
Matthew Giacobbe is complicit. Nancy Cardone is complicit. The entire Lodi mayor and council- Scott Luna, Vincent Martin, Emil Carafa, Albert DiChiara, and Joe Leto are complicit. Marc Schrieks is complicit. Borough Attorney Alan Spiniello is complicit. Lodi CFO Charles Cuccia is complicit. Lodi Police Chief Donald Scorzetti is complicit. Frank Belli is complicit. Many others in Lodi are complicit as well.
This report shows that I was right all along. I was ignored and Lodi was robbed. Lesson learned: there is no justice and there are different standards for different people. The Lodi politicians and their politician run law firms have many close connections in the State that continually cover up for their lawlessness and theft.
“Cleary Giacobbe” is a Pay-to-Play law
firm that engages in the most dishonest practices and billing. The firm acquires its public contracts through
campaign contributions and political connections.
Joseph Lagana, a partner with Cleary Giacobbe
has made campaign contributions to Lodi Board of Education candidates and the
current Lodi Mayor and Council. Now his
firm is receiving a noncompetitive No Bid public contracts with both public
entities.
Lodi already overpaid hundreds of thousands of dollars
in legal bills each year with Alan Spiniello, Florio, etc. Now, Lodi is adding another
firm strictly for politics and not necessity.
Joseph Leto voted against negotiating a contract with "Cleary Giacobbe "because of its high costs when he was on the Lodi Board of Education. Somehow Cleary Giacobbe initially got a contract with the Lodi Board of Education without ever negotiating a contract or having the Board of Education vote on the terms of a contract. Matthew Giacobbe was claiming he was in Italy to avoid negotiations with the board as Robert Brown was signing the terms of a contract with Matthew Giacobbe in place of the BOE and around the BOE.
I was the only board member at the time to call out this
abuse and vote NO on every legal bill ever submitted by Cleary Giacobbe. Apparently, Joe Leto’s concerns about Giacobbe’s
high costs no longer exist.
Matthew Giacobbe and his attorneys are the most vindictive
people that will stop at nothing to retaliate against anyone exposing their bad
practices. They are not only a bad law firm. They are menacing.
