Another Luna embellishment?

In 2012, the Lodi Mayor and Council named Tony Luna the “Acting Treasurer” even though Tony Luna already made his daughter the “Treasurer” and was paying her through Charles Cuccia’s new business “Treasury Services”.

This round about hiring and paying through a third party gave the appearance that someone wasn’t certified.

An OPRA request was submitted seeking the municipal certificates held by Lodi’s “Treasurer”.  No certificates were provided.  But an older resume was.

The resume is a bit controversial, particularly this section:
