Was Vinny Martin objective when he voted on Scorzetti’s contract?

1.  Vinny Martin received a $ 101,187.80 retirement payout from the Lodi council (your tax dollars).  He was still receiving payments while he was running for council:

2.  Vinny Martin funded Donald Scorzetti’s failed campaign for Board of Ed.  He worked really hard for the campaign.

3.  Vinny Martin is a close personal friend and former co-worker of Donald Scorzetti.

Vinny Martin had his chance to serve on the Lodi Board of Education.

In case anyone forgot, Councilman Vinny Martin once sat on the Lodi Board of Education.

It happened to be the same time that the Lodi BOE was supposed to be paying part of his salary as School Resource Officer.

It was never allowed for anyone to sit on the Board while the Board was paying their salary.

So eventually, he quietly exited the Board.

Bad judgement!
