I am glad the “machine” candidates are flattered by the
nice photos I used of them.
But noticeably
missing from their response: any mention
of their full support of giving the superintendent a $33,614 raise and $271,543
for “unused” days at the time of retirement.
The
machine candidates’ stance is at complete odds with the voters of Lodi.
Some other comments today from regular Lodi residents:
1)
There is no humility coming from them with
this statement: “Having us as your
elected officials, you have hit the “Jackpot” of board trustees.”
2)
The Lodi taxpayers should appreciate all
the Facebook activity by public employees while on the taxpayers’ dime.
