from Nick Vara who was ousted from the Board last year.
Nick Vara voted for the $7.5M scam. He retaliated against employees for personal reasons (his relatives asked him to). He used his seat to enrich relatives (jobs, overtime etc.). He wants that culture of corruption to return.
