We weren’t elected to serve a machine boss that doesn’t
live in Lodi. We weren’t elected to
serve the political families angling for jobs and promotions that they don’t
deserve. We weren’t elected to blindly
rubber-stamp a superintendent. We weren’t
elected to hand out gifts with other people’s money.
How out of touch is the corrupt machine with this
statement?

is our job to stand behind the Superintendent of Schools and trust his or her
judgement and recommendations. Current board members talk negatively about those that they
were elected to serve.”
