Vinny Martin acknowledged in court that he voted with a conflict of interest to make Donald Scorzetti the Lodi Police Chief. Now everyone could clearly see Vinny Martin's self-serving motives (if there ever was any doubt).
Vinny Martin and Donald Scorzetti have no shame. They use public office for the sole purpose to enrich themselves and family members.
