If Vinny Martin and Debbie Klugler Irwin have an issue with any posts, I suggest they take it up with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (that posts Vinny Martin's campaign contributions to Mark DelMonaco and others) and the State Division of Alcohol Beverage Control (that lists it's actions against Vinny Martin for prostitution and illegal drug sales that occurred at Martin's business).
I don't post people's home addresses and none are searchable on this blog. I would ask that Debra Klugler Irwin provide me evidence that she has sent cease and desist letters to ELEC, the ABC, and the town of Secaucus to show that she has a problem with them posting Vinny Martin's home address on State websites, court filings, public notices, and government OPRA responses. Otherwise, she is unfairly targeting me for the purpose to intimidate and harass.
Vinny Martin is the Deputy Mayor of Lodi. He is a public official with many high profile scandals. He lists his home address on every petition form in which he asks over 100 people to sign.
Government watchdogs have the first amendment right to scrutinize corruption in local government. These out of context cease and desist letters are an attempt to silence speech.
