In today’s one sided piece by Katie Sobko, she omitted
the fact that the School Ethics Commission rebuked an almost identical decision
by OAL Judge Elissa Mizzone Testa in August:
Katie Sobko called me yesterday afternoon for a
comment. I told her I can scan and
forward her Testa’s decision from July and the SEC’s response to her dated
August 30, 2019. Sobko said she needed
to hand in her story by 6 PM. She had no
interest in knowing the facts.
I also provided Sobko with a background on the NJEA’s
involvement in this complaint (as well as many other unsuccessful NJEA
complaints) and in our election. Sobko
would never write anything negative about the NJEA.
Below are the posts the NJEA targeted me for writing
in 2017. I stand by the posts. They are truthful. We have the right to free speech in this
country.
