OAL Judge Elissa Mizzone Testa had to be corrected
many times by the SEC. The excerpt above was just one of the many
times the SEC had to address blatantly false statements by Testa.
Testa is working hand in hand with NJEA Attorney Gail
Oxfeld and Debra Kwapniewski to make me look bad for the election because I
filed complaints against Testa. She embarrassed
herself in July when her last NONBINDING decision was deemed baseless.
