Fact: I was NEVER sued for “ethic violations”.
Fact: The School Ethics Commission did NOT find
probable cause for any of the three ethics complaints filed against me by
Patricia Licata, Dominic Miller, and Debra Defalco Kwapniewski.
Fact: The 30 self-proclaimed “former educators”
attached their names to a libelous statement.
Most of these people don’t live in Lodi. Some don’t even know what planet they are
on. Yet, they all came out of the
woodwork to slander me because I fought for lower taxes and accountability in
our schools.
These people provide the worst case of group
think. What type of self-proclaimed educated
people would attach their names to blatantly false statements (libelous) which
were prepared by someone else? Did anyone
bother to research what they were attaching their names to?
In the future, there will be other good intentioned,
nonpolitical people that choose to run for the Lodi Board of Education for the
right reasons. They too will be
slandered by the Dirty Thirty. Therefore,
I am typing the 30 names below. This way
people can search for them on-line, land on this site, and learn about who they are and
what they do. For the Dirty Thirty, everything has
always been about politics, NOT education.
They will pop up again in future campaigns to be negative and nasty. After this post, more people will see it for what it is.
