Teachers can save money and still receive representation with collective bargaining (May 28, 2017)

Debra Kwapniewski does not want you to think for yourself.

Debra Kwapnieski used semantics at the board meeting.  Your union dues may not be going directly to the politicians' campaign accounts, but they are used for the NJEA's campaigns in support of the politicians.  There is no difference.  If the NJEA sends out literature and makes phone calls telling you to support Hillary Clinton, your union dues are being spent on a political campaign for Hillary Clinton.  Your union dues are being spent to elect candidates that may be at complete odds with your belief system.

Know your rights.  Isn't $126 better in your pocket than in the NJEA's.

It's very sad that I am not allowed to inform teachers of their rights on a personal blog without being attacked by Debra Kwapniewski at public meetings.
