It’s an ethics complaint about a vote to remove a trustee.

They won’t go to jail.
They won’t have to pay restitution.
Why are Miller, Carafa, and Nardino trying to use 5,000 Lodi tax dollars to pay their attorney- one that definitely isn’t needed?
Miller initiated this. He contacted Marc Capizzi, seeking an attorney to be paid for with your tax dollars. He never brought the matter up with the rest of the board.
Anyone else would have opened the complaint, answered it honestly in a few minutes and moved on. If it were frivolous, they would have responded accordingly and sought to have the complainant fined $500. But Miller asked for an attorney and an extension of time to submit an answer.
