Nancy Cardone is So Arrogant in Her Corruption, She Skipped Another Candidate Forum. So Did Her Mindless, Group Think Running Mates. They Can't Attend Anything or Say Anything Without Nancy Pelosi's Permission.

Nancy Cardone raises taxes and hires family members. That's the only thing she knows and she isn't changing.

Everytime she runs, either she or Karen Viscana makes a really stupid excuse as to why Nancy Cardone won't participate in any candidate forums. 

But Nancy Cardone had no problem making her own video three years ago where she wouldn't have to take questions.  It did her no favors and it looked like a hostage video.

Instead of answering to Lodi voters, Nancy Cardone moved our BOE Elections to April to suppress voter turnout and waste even more of your tax dollars.

Nancy Cardone wants a really low turnout so she can turn around say Lodi Taxpayers are content with high taxes and Nepotism.

Don't let Nancy Cardone mock you any longer. Throw her out on Tuesday and then demand that our new board members move our Elections back to November. And undo all the damage done by Nancy Cardone. 

Nancy Cardone Sent a Personal Invitation to Dawn Caruso Dolan in 2022 and Placed Her on a “Facilities Committee” to Recommend Demolishing and Replacing the Administration Offices on Hunter Street. That is the Same Person that Nancy Cardone Uses to Manufacture Altercations at BOE Meetings.

For years, Nancy Cardone and Karen Viscana have been using a severely mentally disturbed person to disrupt BOE meetings, threaten people, and cause chaos.  They coach her. They direct her. 

Nancy Cardone and Karen Viscana want you to believe that the unhinged person disrupting the meetings is a crazed women that just stumbled off the streets.  That is not the case.  Both Nancy Cardone and Karen Viscana placed Dawn Dolan Caruso on a Facilities Committee to recommend spending millions of Lodi tax dollars. 

Most recently, Nancy Cardone used Dawn Caruso Dolan as her basis to file the most petty and weakest ethics complaint yet against an opposing candidate. 

Nancy Cardone is vicious and always has been.  Her act is getting really old.  People are tired of your dirty tactics.

Anyone that cares about Lodi’s taxpayers and educational community would not turn over our board meetings and committees to such degeneracy.  It’s time to restore professionalism and respect to Board meetings.  Nancy Cardone belongs with Dawn Caruso Dolan- just not near our schools or tax dollars.

 

The Lodi Mayor and Council Placed in One of the Gary Paparozzi's "Planner" Agreements that Paparozzi Would Be Paid $75,000 to Upgrade Tax Maps. They Paid Paparozzi $40,000 Beyond. And His Invoices are Complete Joke. Lodi Clearly Doesn’t Have an Independent Auditor with Paparozzi's Extremely Close Friend, Frank DiMaria.

Gary Paparozzi is an “employee” of Lodi receiving an annual salary of $40,000.08.

Gary Paparozzi receives a noncompetitive contract each July 1^st from the Lodi Mayor and Council to be “Planner”. Since January 1, 2022, Gary Paparozzi was paid $173,080 for whatever he supposedly does with the Zoning and Planning Boards.

On July 1, 2022, the Lodi Mayor and Council added $75,000 to Gary’s agreement (beyond the $11,000 figure listed each year) to upgrade tax maps. None of Gary’s agreements before or after listed any payments for tax maps.

Gary Paparozzi was paid $40,000 beyond any agreement to update tax maps.

Paparozzi’s invoices do not list any hours.  Most list nothing at all.

Paparozzi is a paid employee of Lodi. They are calling him the “Planner” and paying him on the monthly bills.  They are calling him a “Senior Planning Aid” and paying him on payroll.  Is he the senior aid to himself?

They said they were paying Paparozzi $75,000 to update tax maps but then paid him $115,000. They said he would be done by 2023 but they are still paying him for 2025.

All lines are blurred and the Lodi taxpayers are being robbed.

Below are all the links I received for the most recent OPRA request into Gary Paparzzi.  No evidence was provided to show that Gary Paparozzi provided a resume showing that he was qualified to upgrade tax maps.  No evidence was provided that any emergency ordinance was adopted by the Lodi mayor and council to pay for the Tax Map Upgrades (contradicting Marc Schrieks' letter to the County).  No evidence was provided that there was ever any advertisement seeking vendors to conduct tax map upgrades.

The Lodi Mayor and Council need to come clean with Lodi residents about what went wrong with Gary Paparozzi's tax maps and what happened to the revaluation.

This is the letter from Marc Schrieks dated September 20, 2022.  Marc Schrieks said they would adopt an “emergency ordinance” to pay Paparozzi which means they didn’t budget for the expense.

A copy of the contract between the Borough of Lodi and “Paparozzi Associates” to conduct a Tax Map Upgrade.

A copy of the Resolution in which “Paparozzi Associates” was hired to conduct Tax Map Upgrades.

A copy of any advertisement or request for proposals posted by the Borough of Lodi seeking vendors to conduct a Tax Map Upgrade.

A copy of Gary Paparozzi’s resume on file at the time he was hired to conduct Tax Map upgrades showing that he was a qualified vendor and had prior experience in conducting Tax Map upgrades.

A copy of any emergency ordinances adopted by the Lodi mayor and council to pay for the Tax Map upgrades.
