At the February 7, 2017 BOE work session, Mayor Carafa
told the Board members that they need to go out and tell the people of Lodi
that if the Board doesn’t construct a new administration building, it will cost
$4M for repairs.
At the March 16, 2017 meeting, his dishonest
assertions were clearly shot down:
Why hasn’t Mayor Carafa apologized for misleading the public?
Why does he want a new administration building so
badly?
Why does he believe that Board members should act as
his puppets?
