A completely inequitable distribution across past salary guides…

Teachers in Lodi start lower than other districts.

From Step 14 to Step 15, you see a $17,781 increase (not including $1600 longevity pay).

From Step 13 to Step 15, you see a $27,875 increase.

At Step 15, Lodi teachers are paid higher than other districts.

Past union leaders were clearly serving the special interests of some and not properly representing all.

This distribution won't be found in other districts.

It does discourage new quality teachers from staying.

Whoever did this in the past should explain themselves.

Teachers need to start holding their union reps accountable.

They did things that made no sense and just kicked a can down the road.

I am not on the negotiations team.  I am only pointing out a few personal observations.

I haven’t discussed this in the past because the union bullies are so overly sensitive and mob-like, I didn’t know what would or would not offend them.  Everyone has to walk on egg shells (and in Dominic Miller's case, give standing ovations).
