“…the 8-0 vote to remove Esteves followed.”



The following appeared on northjersey.com:

  
“DiChiara also advised Carafa he could vote on his own removal.”


The Board Attorney referenced the case “Esteves vs Bd of Ed of Kearny” as a basis to allow Carafa to vote on his own removal.


Some articles state that Esteves was removed by a unanimous 8-0 vote.  The link below stated that he voted against a resolution offered for his removal.




Either way, I can’t find any decision or challenge allowing Esteves to vote on his own removal.
