Should hiring practices be scrutinized? The public thinks so.





The public doesn’t like reading headlines like these.


At the last board meeting, some people rallied for nepotism.


Beyond the board meeting, the majority of Lodi doesn’t approve.


The public expects positive reforms in hiring and promoting.


The public wants a system of checks and balance. 


A superintendent should never say he only interviewed one person for one of the most important positions.


A Board President should never say it’s a “no-brainer.”


That is insulting the intelligence of Lodi.
