A resident asked this administration if they hired a
new judge in November because it wasn’t on the agenda. This administration said they hired Martin
Geisler.
The woman asked if that is the same Martin Geisler
that took Luna on a hunting trip right after becoming judge. Tony Luna said, “Yes. He’s a good personal friend of mine”.
After hearing that, I asked:
“Mr. Luna, you said you went hunting with Mr. Geisler because he is a
good personal friend of yours. Did you
hire Martin Geisler because he is a good personal friend of yours? Did you always go hunting with him or only
after he became judge?” Luna said they
have been hunting together for ten years.
Martin Geisler is the Executive Director of the Garfield Housing Authority.
