On July 1st 2015, Luna and his
administration officially hired Cuccia and Luna-Biondi through
Resolution in which their salaries were set.
The December 15, 2015 payroll shows that both have been overpaid. The 2016 salary ordinance hasn’t even been
approved yet.
Luna has always
been lawless in overpaying his family and friends. Once again, Resolutions were violated. Cuccia and Biondi should return the money
they have been overpaid.

Cuccia is also receiving an additional $97,500 each year on the Borough bills. That $97,500 was supposed to cover Luna-Biondi's pay and Cuccia's pay for their part-time work.
