Besides all the gushing over Tony Luna, there will be two important appointments tomorrow night:

The celebration of Tony Luna by Tony Luna began last month.  The gushing will continue at tomorrow night’s council meeting.  

But besides that, the Mayor and Council will be appointing a new Borough Manager and Municipal Prosecutor.  They will also introduce a Salary Ordinance, something they haven’t done for years even though they were supposed to.
