The public has the right to see what is discussed
during the hearing of the citizens. That
is part of the public record.
During the November meeting, at least three people
informed Marc Capizzi that he had to list the issues discussed on the meeting
minutes. Marc Capizzi, feeling a sense
of entitlement, believes otherwise. He
saw his father get away with everything for 38 years so he believes he can too.
Marc Capizzi is getting paid $166,000 to NOT do his
job. Maybe the board should have
interviewed a second person in 2012. Maybe
they should have advertised the position.
