Some BOE members and many government watchdogs throughout New Jersey are pointing out how Cleary Giaccobe drives up legal costs yet provides worse service than previous board attorneys. They don't understand how the firm is all over the State getting BOE contracts.
It's more than obvious that Matthew Giaccobe is paying BOE members for his contracts and is never held accountable for poor performance due to those payments.
Matthew Giaccobe's reported pay-to-play abuses in other districts like Middletown should leave Lodi residents asking: how much has this firm poured in to the Nancy Cardone campaigns in recent years where a lot of money was spent without listing contributors?
Taxpayers throughout New Jersey should demand that all BOE members awarding contracts to Giaccobe disclose how much they sold out for.
