Why it’s important for the public to monitor payroll:
Years ago, I pointed out multiple “professional
service” providers that were appearing on the BOE payroll and

Someone was appearing on payroll as the former
superintendent was saying the person was not being paid by the district.
It’s important that the public monitors the high cost
of subsidizing the nepotism families like the Cardones. It’s also important to monitor the money
going to the LEA leaders as they lie to the public and in frivolous complaints about
budget figures and payroll checks.
