Initially, when I saw that Elissa Mizzone Testa had an
NJEA Attorney (Gail Oxfeld) write a decision for her targeting this blog, I was
a little upset over the injustice.
Since then, board members throughout New Jersey have
contacted me, expressing support for my blog and calling the SEC’s flip flop
and final action absurd. Boards have
discussed the decision and laughed at the blog posts with enjoyment.
The truth always comes out in the end. People have read my blog posts and have
learned the truth.
In the near future, the decision against me is going to
be challenged by other board members throughout New Jersey and taxpayer funded
attorneys (I saved the Lodi taxpayers $15,000 by not using any taxpayer funded
attorneys).
So in the end, the Murphy administration looks more
corrupt than ever. The School Ethics
Commission reinforced that it has no credibility and is susceptible to
lobbying. The NJEA blew tens of
thousands of dollars. And “Lodi by the
Numbers” is receiving more traffic.
