Tuesday council meeting to begin at 6 p.m. instead of 7 p.m.

The public notice below states that the CY 2018 Budget will be discussed and that action may be taken.

Also on the agenda: a vote to to approve closed session minutes for 2016 and 2017.  This came about because of an OPRA request. 

I guess it wasn’t my opinion that Mayor Carafa has not been abiding by the requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act.  A lot of public information has been hidden under the guise of  "closed session".  Matters that should be discussed and and acted upon in "open" have often been concealed in "closed".
