The Borough (Lodi Mayor & Council, Borough
Manager) usually never post job openings. Occasionally they will post an opening after the position is already filled through nepotism. They
have violated civil service regulations for decades.
The timing of the advertisement above is very questionable. They posted the position after Scorzetti’s daughter was already hired in the Zoning office (supposedly part-time) and appearing on payroll.
