I was notified on Friday that the board’s regular meeting has
been rescheduled for a second time (October 30th). Joe
Leto used the excuse that the board attorney will be at a conference at
Atlantic City on October 25th.
That clearly is not the reason for rescheduling. Busch has sent different attorneys in the
past when one isn’t available. Their
policy was clearly laid out during attorney interviews.
Everything Leto does at the direction of Capizzi and
Quatrone is calculated and intentional. They
are clearly trying to hide something as long as they can. For them, everything is centered on elections
and deceiving the voters leading up to elections. They are not forthcoming.

Rescheduling meetings requires multiple public notices
and causes confusion. Leto and “Children First” should come clean about what
their true motives are.
They hide from candidate forums. They took away work sessions. Now they are hiding from the one monthly public
meeting that remains.
