Kickbacks, Pay-to-Play, Conflicts of Interest: Anderson, Cima and Cannizzaro Have Violated Public Trust With Blatant Election Law Violations…

These are the facts:

Within two days of an Election, ELEC filings are not showing any campaign contributions or expenditures for Jocelyn Anderson, Laura Cima, and John Cannizzaro.  The only document showing for the group as of October 30th is the form showing they opened a bank account:

This political group has spent over $10,000 and is intentionally concealing its contributors and expenditures.

Laura Cima and Jocelyn Anderson recently negotiated and approved a contract for the NJEA.  The NJEA has funded this political group’s past campaigns.  The NJEA likely kicked back money to their campaign.  Kickbacks = Corruption.

Joseph Lagana is a partner with “Giacobbe” (the board attorney ripping off Lodi).  Jospeh Lagana has funded this political group’s past campaigns.  “Giacobbe” likely funneled money into this campaign.  Pay-to-Play = Corruption.

The mayor and council use the Lodi Board of Education as an employment agency for their family.  The mayor and council have funded this political group’s past campaigns.  The mayor and council likely funneled money into this campaign.  Conflicts of Interest = Corruption.

Lodi is one of the most corrupt towns in New Jersey based on all measurable indicators.  Anderson, Cima, and Cannizzaro have spent a large amount of money for a local Board of Education campaign.  By law, the public has the right to know who is funding their campaign and where the money went.  Anderson, Cima, and Canizzarro chose to violate the law.  Lodi voters should take notice.
