Phil Murphy and his  administration targeted my free speech last year because I criticized the NJEA.  A Paterson BOE member that received an all paid trip from a prospective contractor received the same penalty as someone that posted about government corruption and NJEA abuses on a personal blog.

Phil Murphy's School Ethics Commission opened pandora's box on itself when it became weaponized to target critics of the NJEA and Phil Murphy's dysfunctional Department of Education (one in the same).  It's actions last year in Lodi led to countless frivolous complaints this year filed against BOE members throughout the State- all targeting free speech.  The School Ethics Commission's actions against me are scrutinized daily by government watch dogs, free speech advocates, and attorneys throughout New Jersey.  You will read more about it in the near future.
