Former Board member David Kim had expressed interest
in air conditioning for all Lodi schools.
After the architect gave his cost estimates, neither Joe Leto nor anyone
in administration ever expressed any interest in pursuing the discussion
further. In fact, they seemed bothered by even continuing the conversation.
All discussions about air conditioning were initiated by
David Kim. The Board has NOT been
updated on the subject. The subject has
not been discussed since it was raised by David Kim.

where the supposed updates or discussions about air conditioning have taken place since
David Kim finished his term.

for anyone seeking public office.
