At the end of that same month, Vinny Martin was so
proud to be named as one of the new owners of the strip club along with a
partner from Parkland, Florida (how do the two know each other?).
Well, almost a year and a half later, the property of
Vinny Martin’s strip club is still owned by those named in the AG report. They use so many different LLCs and addresses but campaign contribution reports clearly show that 515 Westminister is one of the addresses used by the owners listed in the AG's report.
Once so proud of his “ownership”, Vinny Martin doesn’t
list his business on any campaign material, his LinkedIn page, or anywhere
else.
When people question why a Lodi councilman jumped at
the opportunity to join a business shut down by the state and with pending
charges of prostitution, those closest to Vinny say that he just lent his name so the strip club can reopen.
Did a Lodi councilman use his public office title to front a
business? Did he use his public title to
sell influence? What did he supposedly
pay to buy into the business?
Lodi deserves better than these shady characters running as PRIDE.
