On Fri, Mar
18, 2016 at 11:11 AM, I received this response from the Borough Hall:
Ryan:
The re-developer's name is Crowne Properties LLC in Mr. Joseph Marino is a
principal.
It is my understanding that Mr. Luna is working for Joseph Marino/JPM Holdings
and other entities where Mr. Marino is principal (Marino & Companies). The Borough is in receipt of a
letter from Mr. Marino's attorney dated March 17, stating that Mr. Luna will
not represent their firm in any activities in Lodi but will do so in other communities.
Thank you,
Tony Luna and the developer were not truthful when
they submitted a letter to the Borough stating that Luna would not represent
the firm in any activities in Lodi. Vincent Caruso should not have been meeting
with Tony Luna or having any discussions with him pertaining to any of the
developer’s activities in Lodi.
