Here are some facts:
Albert DiChiara was appointed to the Lodi Council in
January 2016.
While sitting on the Lodi council, Albert DiChiaria purchased
a single family home in Fairfield, NJ (August 29, 2017) for $702,500.
Albert is listed as the owner of the property and he
uses his Fairfield address. A Lodi
address is not listed for the owner. Tax
bills will be mailed to Fairfield and not to Lodi.
If
the Carafa administration didn’t do such a terrible job, maybe more Lodi residents would stay in Lodi and invest in Lodi.
