Maybe Carafa, Miller, & Nardino need to bring in more
attorneys to help them answer a simple ethics complaint.
Today, Carafa, Miller, & Nardino were notified by the School Ethics Commission
that their answer to an ethics complaint was deficient. They
have 10 days to address the deficiencies.

They used two law firms and a time extension for their answer. Without board
authorization, a claim was submitted with the board’s insurance provider. The insurance provider chose the law firm “Riker”. Up to $5,000 Lodi tax dollars could be paid
to Riker.
Miller, Carafa, and Nardino also used Board Attorney Anthony
Sciarillo (wrongfully) to work on the same matter. Large bills were submitted to the board. Sciarillo bills Lodi $165/hour.
Carafa, Miller, and Nardino have no regard for the
taxpayers of Lodi. They have no problem taking money away from your children’s
education and wasting it on themselves.
How much money will they waste to answer a simple
complaint about their votes against removing Carafa for chronic absenteeism?
They should have listened to me and just asked some
stranger in line at Shop Rite to help them with their answers:
I
did NOT use any tax dollars or attorneys to answer the frivolous ethics
complaints against me.
