that anyone involved with the council and school couldn't vote due to conflict
of interests.”

The Garfield councilman seemed to approach the
situation in a responsible matter. He
even received advice from the Boys and Girl’s Club of America.
The Lodi politicians never respected any boundaries or
considered any conflicts of interest when they diverted so much Lodi tax
dollars to the “Licata Club”:
Joe Licata. You trust him.
