The Luna Administration Disregards DCA Guidelines in its Attempt to Take the Citizens out of the “Hearing of Citizens”…

The Luna Administration should be adding more options being it is prohibiting members of the public from appearing in person to offer their comments. Instead, it is removing options and adding more barriers.


It should be more than clear to the residents of Lodi and state agencies that the Luna administration is attempting to make it more difficult for residents to participate in “Hearing of Citizens”.  They removed the “email” option.  Why?  Because I submitted a question via email last month that really pissed them off:




Why did they flip out over my question?  Because Scott Luna does not want the taxpayers of Lodi to know that he is using their tax dollars as a slush fund for his father’s personal legal bills.


Only offering one option susceptible to technical difficulties and reliant on passwords is unacceptable.  It is not in accordance with guidelines from the Department of Community Affairs Division of Local Government Services (DLGS):
