Garrett Luna’s raise occurred at a time when recreation programs were suspended and many borough employees were receiving full salaries to supposedly work from home.

On Friday, the borough hall wrongfully denied my OPRA request for public records showing Vincent Caruso’s personnel actions (which involved the mayor’s son).
