Question submitted:  Lodi tax dollars continue to be spent on legal bills for something listed as a Department of Community Affairs Complaint.  Mayor Scott Luna has been abstaining on these legal bills.  Public officials have an obligation to disclose conflicts of interest.  What is the mayor’s conflict and what is the DCA complaint?

I submitted the question because my OPRA request hasn’t been fulfilled in 22 days.  Public officials have an obligation to disclose conflicts of interest.  Those that refuse to answer questions at public meetings likely have something to hide.
