Please review Quatrone’s plan for his merit bonus
towards the bottom of the agenda. The
plans were concocted by Ciofalo and Quatrone.
They are ridiculous. Middle
School teachers have additional nonsense to deal with. Quatrone gets paid an additional $25,108 for
work done by others. Ciofalo gets
$141,000 for a position that didn’t exist two years ago.
I had worked with some administrators that couldn't say one sentence without including, "21st century learning" or "differentiated instruction". They weren't very bright. More needless paperwork resulted in worse performance.
What works? What doesn't? Is this about the children or is this about about a merit bonus?
