What does the Board have to hide?
Other districts have public interviews. Therefore, the Lodi Board cannot justify the
above resolution. Privacy is not an
issue. They are trying to sneak someone
in that didn’t run in the election two weeks ago. The seat was already vacated while people
were voting. The will of the voters
cannot be ignored.
In 2016, Rutherford had public interviews when their board president resigned:
