Last year, Cuccia’s NO BID contract was for
$97,500. This year it jumped to
$107,500.
In 2012, the mayor and council said that $97,500 would
be the total cost to outsource the CFO and Treasurer positions. That cost has ballooned to over $143,914
in just four years. Besides the
$107,500, the part-time CFO and Treasurer both collect a borough salary.
