For years, the Lodi Mayor and Council have paid the Deputy Mayor’s son/BOE President thousands of dollars for what they described
as facilitating drug alliance "meetings" and completing "financial reports". They
never once produced minutes to any meetings, which is required by law.
At the April 14th Executive meeting, even Alan Spiniello informed them that
minutes were required.
No
minutes were provided in response to the above OPRA request.
As
for the "financial reports", what was provided would take minutes to complete,
not 20 hours. And the numbers don't even make sense. (clik on link below)
As
for the invoices, they once again are description-less. After Licata got caught lying on his invoices
(click on link below), he now lists nothing.
Joe Licata has submitted fraudulent invoices.
Joe Licata has been paid for things he never did.
Joe Licata has been paid for things he cannot produce.
Joe Licata cannot account for the 10 hours or 20 hours of work he
lists on his invoices.
Politicians
have been indicted for less.
