Personal email accounts for Borough business…a deliberate act to limit access to public documents.

The Lodi mayor and council removed their Borough email addresses (@lodi-nj.org) in which they held for years.  They removed them after there was talk that some could possibly be OPRA-ed.

Now, the mayor and council conduct all Borough business through their personal email accounts.

Borough Attorney Alan Spiniello conducts Borough business through their personal email accounts. He even discussed the drafting of his own $210,000 NO BID contract (for part-time work) through their personal email accounts. 

This is a step backwards.  This is a sign of guilt.
