The Election Law Enforcement Commission determined to open a review at its July 21,
2015 meeting. They had 90 days to
determine whether or not to open a review based on the information provided to
them. I contacted them and informed them that there
was no need to proceed. I explained to
them that Spiniello and the “United” team refused to address the matter until I
filed a complaint. Then they paid for the
mailing one week after I filed. I am confident they would have been fined for their violation.
